Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without giving a reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise it, simply inform us of your decision unequivocally before the deadline expires.

Procedure

The product must be returned in a resaleable condition. Parts that have been fitted or tampered with may have the refund reduced in proportion to the loss of value.

Refund

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of us being informed of the withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods are received.
